Dear Colleague,
I am always taken back on how arrogant and unreliable some computer technicians are. When you attempt to call them, you may get their voice mail or worse that number is out of service. When you finally get in contact with someone, it can take days or weeks before they can schedule you in and then they are not on time. They do not attempt to apologize or even inform you what they have done to fix the issues. Then the bill comes that is over the cost that you were expecting, without any explanations.

Enough already!
